Bar Symon is the design of celebrity Chef Michael Symon, and incorporates a tap house setting in the middle of the Pittsburgh Airport. This project consists of concrete wall panels and custom concrete trims, along with classic subway tiling and zinc surfaces. These finishes are accented by custom Red Metal table tops and high top tables made from reclaimed bowling alleys.
